Delivery & returns

We ship to the UK, USA, Norway, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand.

We don't currently ship to the EU but this is something we are working on so keep an eye out.

ALL orders are typically shipped the same working day/next working day.

UK SHIPPING:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - takes around 2-3 working days once dispatched from our workshop. £3.95 or FREE when you spend £50.

DHL Express - next working day once dispatched from our workshop. £8.99 or £4.99 when you spend £50.

DPD - delivered to your door. Delivery takes 1-2 working days once dispatched from our workshop. £9.47 or £5.52 when you spend £50.

DPD - collect from a local shop. Delivery takes 1-2 working days once dispatched from our workshop. £4.79 or £0.99 when you spend £50.

NORWAY, SWITZERLAND, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel. Parcels are shipped with Royal Mail and parcels typically arrive within 1-2 weeks.

(We are looking at switching from our glass jars to aluminium in the next 6 months so this will massively reduce shipping costs when we do this).

USA SHIPPING:

Shipping is calculated at checkout. It's typically around $28 flat rate unless you're buying a lot of products.

Parcels are shipping with DHL and take around 2-4 days to arrive. This is the cheapest and most reliable shipping option we could find.
