OUR CLAIMS

Our soaps are 100% vegan, cruelty FREE, palm oil FREE and all of our packaging is plastic FREE – always! Our soaps are made in small batches to ensure each bar is always top quality!

How long will my soap last?

This depends on how you store the soap and how often it’s used. We recommend that you use a soap dish with sufficient drainage, keep the soap away from running water and allow to dry completely between each use. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

We pack and ship orders within 3 working days. If you are in the UK we ship our products with Royal Mail – 2nd class. For international orders, delivery times vary but all orders are shipped within 3 working days and you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do the soaps have a use by date?

We recommend using the soaps within 6 months of first using it. The scents and colours will fade slowly over time though and some scents will start to fade after 3 months. Check individual product listings for specific details.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand and the US. We are unable to ship to other countries at this time due to different legal requirements for each country.

Do you sell wholesale?

YES we do! We wholesale soap bars, soap samples and soap pouches. If you’re interested in wholesale please send an email to info@intotheeve.co.uk I’d love to chat with you and be part of your lovely business!

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please email me at info@intotheeve.co.uk and we will try to resolve the issue.

Oh no! I’ve sent my order to the wrong address! Can you send a new one?

It is your responsibility to inform us of your postal address. If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address after purchase please email us straight away so I can update the shipping label if possible.

Will I receive tracking once my order is shipped?

Yes all orders will receive a tracking number and this will be emailed to you once posted. You can also get this by creating an account and viewing your order history on our website.
